Many students suffer from anxiety of exams, which is a difficulty that the student encounters in dealing with the exams during the time of having the exams and during the period that includes the exams, and it is the result of the presence of disturbances such as poor self-confidence or poor academic achievement or psychological, family, social and academic pressures that cause the one to become anxious, feared, and dispersed as a result of it and all this reflect in his exam performance.  This is manifested by symptoms of excessive sweating and fear and inability to gather thoughts and remember information, and loss of confidence in one’s abilities, and this is something that can be resisted by knowing its causes and understanding to address the matter, strengthening your positive aspects to increase your confidence in yourself, and by making a study plan that suits your abilities and capabilities and includes new methods such as group study or using the loud voice and the blackboard, creating an experimental environment for the exam by solving models before it to increase the ability to control what happens with you during the real exams, surround yourself with the positive people who believe in your ability to achieve success, not those the negative people who destroy you, do not let the high expectations of those around you affect negatively on your mental health, but rather as a motivation for you to study, eat healthy food that strengthens memory and stimulates your activity, seek the help of placing visual cues in your room and on your desk stimulating your motivation to study, keep your organization for your sleep because it is an important reason for the efficiency of the mind for study, and reward yourself when you achieve each goal during the study or exams
