I am a 25 year old male. For the last 2 days im having some weakness on my hands and legs as well. I feel some sort of pain on my fingers some times. I dont have any other difficulty like fever, cough or cold. When i checked blood pressure few months ago. It was around 140/90 for two times. Sometimes i feel a kind of pressure on my chest. I have acidity issues as well. What could be the possible reason for the weakness of my arms and legs?

What is the treatment of hands and legs weakness ?
Avoid any major muscle strain
Improve blood sugar level if you are diabetic
Take vitamin B COMPLEX pill daily or in the form of injection , I prefer to take vitamin b complex 5 intramuscular injections on 10 days
practice some physical exercise
physiotherapy
multivitamins intake
control your blood pressure
treatment of disc bulging if present
