I was taking duphaston suggested by my dr but I stopped it 5 days earlier.and then I had my periods.but after that having same issue of irregular bleeding/ spotting again.
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Should I start taking duphaston again or not. I am so confused.

spotting is possible side effects after using duphaston , and its not supposed to be severe side effects

3. avoid stress
4. avoid smoking
5. have plenty of rest
6. make sure you are not taking any medication that may effect your period as a side effect
