According to the UAE Labor Law as well as the Residence Law, in the absence of any violation of the contract of employment and the provisions of the UAE Labor Law and if the sponsor put the name on the ban list by submitting an absconding report, it can be removed immediately by going to the Labor Office and filing a complaint against the employer stating that it was a fake case raised by him and it was intended to deprive the worker from obtaining his labor rights. In the event that the Labor Office verifies the invalidity of the ban, it will be removed and a fine on the sponsor will be imposed and this will allow you to change the employer without the requirement of obtaining a non-objection from him in addition to retaining to claim full labor rights.
