Please not that in the case of someone is living with another person of the opposite sex in the same appertement without being married, that’s considered as a crime in the UAE Penal Code,
Because it is illegal to live with a member of the opposite sex if the person is not your spouse or a family member based on the « Al Khilwa Al Muharama Clause »
And it even illegal to stay in a private room as a hotel room with someone of the opposite sex who is not your spouse or family member based on the « Tajawed Clause »
Then f you want to report a crime as described before, you can report that a man and a woman are « living in » at the local police centre and then the police will come and investigate the case.
Based on Article 356 of the UAE Penal Code both parties may face a Jail and a Deport.
