Hello, I just raised a complaint with the ministry...
Hello, I just raised a complaint with the ministry of human resources and they said my complain was valid but that it doesn't fall under their jurisdiction. They told me to contact the free zone authority. Basically I worked for government school (IAT) and probation was terminated without justifiable reason

my 6 month probation went further tha 6 months. NO reason justified. Have my family here. STill here for their school but unemployed

Please, kindly be noted that it is not permitted to hire the worker on probation for a period of more than six months. If you continue to work for the employer for a period of more than six months, and the employer dismisses you from work with no reason and you already have filed a complaint against them at the Ministry of Human Resources and that they have informed you of their incompetence in such cases, then you can file a case against your employer if he has dismissed you after the probation period has ended.
