I bought a plane ticket to travango travel agency...
I bought a plane ticket to travango travel agency last feb.29, 2020 the same date and time i paid they gave me my receipt then im asking for my eticket and booking # they told me they will give it to me 4 days before my flight... then i argue with them bcoz in my 18 yrs in dubai this is my first time i encountered after my payment they will give my ticket 4 days before my flight... so now its already 3 days b4 my flight now they told me theyvwill give my ticket after 2pm then they callme again to rebook my date i told them first give me my eticket the time i paid then i will rebook they said no just rebook your flight what shall i do?
