Hi I want to ask you that I took khula from court on 25th oct 2019.and remarried on 3rd November is my marriage correct because the forat husband was not in the country and we have no relationship between us and he verbally divorced me 8 months back and I have no witness for the verbal divorce

If the husband pronounced divorce explicitly, then the divorce takes place as soon as it is pronounced, but the divorce must be confirmed. If your divorce takes place, then your period ends with three menstruation after the explicit divorce, and there is no consideration of khula (Voluntary separation) but if the husband’s divorce did not take place because of the objection of the contraindications, then your marriage is invalid, then you must refer to the Sharia court in order for the judge to judge that.
