open facebook.help and click on my account is compromised

put your email and password, then press continue

Write your new e-mail address and write your e-mail to contact Facebook technical support, reply to you and click Continue

 fill in the form below
  put the email address of the disabled account
  The name of the Facebook account as it exists in the disabled account
  Upload your profile photo by clicking on choose files and selecting the image from your phone or computer
  Write additional information about you in the box shown in the image
  Click Send
   you have to wait for the response by the Facebook administration

If you can not reach your phone number, 
follow the following steps to get your account back:
click on the link below:
  press here
 
click on My Account is Compromised as the following picture:
write your facebook email or phone number
 
Type any word in password field then tap on  continue
Press " No Longer have access to these"  if you coudont access any way of the list 
 
Go to select new email to get the code email and contacting with company then click continue
facebook redirect you to help form ,Please submit all field and upload your id image then click on send and wait replay
