It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that Bahraini citizenship can be granted by request to the foreigner who meets all the requirements as issued the Bahraini Nationality Law in 1963 :

  • Legally resident in Bahrain for at least 25 consecutive years (15 years for Arab nationals)
  • Good conduct
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Having a registered real estate in Bahrain.

Required Documents:

  1. Original and copy of passport
  2. Original and photocopy of Identity Cards
  3. Original and copy of the authenticated birth certificate
  4. 2 recent personal photos
  5. Original and copy of the nationality certificate
  6. Original and copy of the current Bahraini residence
  7. Signed declaration requesting to obtain a Bahraini Citizenship
