I have got Terminated from my service on 1-03-2020 and my final settlement is being processed by the company. Meanwhile they insist to cancel my visa to release my final settlement. However, I seek your legal advise from you that if visa cancelled, I have only one month grace period to stay in UAE otherwise I would be penalised as per "Article 34:(1) A fine of Dh50,000 shall be imposed on anyone who has used or accommodated a foreigner in violation of the provisions of this law. The penalty shall be imprisonment and a fine of Dh50,000 in case of return to the same act." Since all flights are suspended due to the present Covid-19 epidemic, I would not be able to proceed the travel to my hometown in India where complete lockdown is declared and no any conformation about resume of international flights to India.I request a legal advice is appreciated for further course of immediate consideration for visa cancellation.
