Good Day, Just want to ask regarding of my ticket. i booked my ticket march 3,2020 from your agency here in uae. I want to cancel my flight on april 20. But your agent told me its not refundable. I want to clear whats the meaning of (cancellation charges of 20% of the refund amount applicable on sales.) kindly advise me. Or please find the attache file.Thank you very much
