I have been having dizziness, tinnitus and fatigue...
I have been having dizziness, tinnitus and fatigue for almost 1 month now. I went to so many doctors and there was nothing wrong with my heart and neurology.
1 doctor told me that it is because of the acute gastritis & functional GI Disorder after testing me.
Is it possible that this could be a reason for the vertigo and tinnitus attacks? And how can I reduce or control this? Is there a certain medication?

What is the treatment of dizziness tinnitus and fatigue?
I recommend that you visit an ENT specialist for the necessary tests
In the case of anemia, treatment is done by iron pills or folic acid or vitamin b12 according to the cause of anemia
Dizziness caused by compression of the cervical vertebrae is treated by relieving symptoms with physiotherapy and surgical intervention if necessary
Dizziness caused by shortness or length of vision is treated through corrective glasses
Dizziness caused by otitis media or sinusitis is treated by taking Ogmin 500mg once every 8 hours for a week
Dizziness caused by high blood pressure is treated by taking Blood-pressure lowering medicine by consulting a family doctor
Diabetic dizziness is treated through diabetes screening and starting treatment if the disease is also diagnosed by the family doctor

At the moment we recommend rest and relieve tension and anxiety and take betahistidine 16 mg three times a day plus iron containing multivitamines plus taking omeprazole 20mg to control the symptoms and to add h.pylori infection medical regimen
