My question compny can terminate in probation...

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that cancerning the probation period of the worker as per article 32 of Kuwait's Labour Law it shall be specified in the work contract, provided that it shall not exceed 100 working days.
And during this period, either party may terminate the contract during the probation period without notice
