Welcome! How can I help with your legal question? I would like to know the possibilitie in this case. As a couple have been in relationship. The girl family doesn't agree for this relation. They want to file a case against the man. They had Chats a d phone calls as proof. The girl is 30 yrs old and man is 27. Both are Muslim. Will the court as them both to get married? A normal calls between girlfriend and boyfriend and yes without him asking she did send him pictures. Yes in a way they had improper texting more physical. They never met or had any kind of physical relationship. She wants to marry her but he doesn't. The girls family doesn't care. They don't want him because he is Bangladeshi nationality. She is Irani balushii. She is 30 years old and he is 27. Her brother caught both of them while they were on call and then the girls family is planning to file a case against the man. So they have the Chats as proof that they both crossed limits and had an relationship.So in this matter if they file a case what will happen to both.Will the court ask them to get married after certain punishment or is it punishment and deportation?
