Kindly be informed that, according to Federal Law No. (28) of 2005 regarding personal status, one can go to the court and file a lawsuit requesting obedience to the wife by filing the case before the court:

 In order to be considered an obedience lawsuit, the marriage must be performed.

In addition, if the wife refuses to move to the marital home, or prevents the husband from living in her house, her right to alimony is forfeited for the duration of the permanent abstention.

The wife's disbelief is only proven by her failure to implement the final judgment of obedience.

However, it is not permissible to implement the ruling of obedience by force on the wife.

So if the wife refuses to comply with the court’s decision to obey the husband, all legal rights will be waived from her, except for custody, it is not permissible to assign her

Article 71

The wife's alimony is lost in the following cases:

1- If she prohibits herself from the husband or refuses to move to the lawful marital home without a legitimate excuse.

2- If you leave the marital home without a legitimate excuse.

3- If you prevent the husband from entering the marital home without a legitimate excuse.

4- If she refuses to travel with her husband without a legitimate excuse.

5- If a judgment or decision is issued by the court restricting her freedom without the right of the husband and it is being implemented.
