i am a 33y/o filipino working in a reataurant in dubai. this past few months. my hands and arms are always in pain n rk. its seems like its losing its power to hold anything. i feel like my armsbis getting numb every now and then. i already take vitamin b complex but seems like its not working. i want to know what i can do to ease the pain im experiencing thanks.

What is the treatment of arms numbness ?
Avoid any major muscle strain
Take analgesic pain like IBUPROFEN 400 three times a day
Improve blood sugar level if you are diabetic
take calcium and vitamin D
Take vitamin B COMPLEX pill daily or in the form of injection , I prefer to take vitamin b complex 5 intramuscular injections on 10 days
take pregabalin 75mg in severe cases by a neurologist prescribtion
finally undergoing surgery in case of nerve trabbing in neck

progressive Weakness of nerves
Accumulation of sugar in the blood vessels
Vitamin B12 deficiency

Herniated disc
