It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that an application must be submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in UAE or to submit an application to the Directorate General for Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the Emirate to which the sponsor is applying.
The employer in UAE is the one who must submit the application in UAE. Those who want to bring a worker to the UAE should submit the following documents:
1 _ A personal picture of the worker in the same size as the picture in the passport, provided that the picture is the latest capture with a white background.
2 - Passport of the worker who want to came to UAE, and must be valid passport for at least 6 months.
3 - Some professions require certain qualifications, in this case the worker will have to send an attested copy of the certificate from his country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the employer in UAE. The work visa shall issue in the office of the working country.
