Hello Dr 3 year back got my thymus gland removed and part of my left lung was also removed since last few days I am having muscular pain in my chest and feeling giddy since yesterday wat should I do

How to trear chest muscular pain ?
well, after thymus gland removal and part of upper chest its normally to feel some pain and may come delay so pain killer for muscle pain as panadol jint 4th times is advised and you can use cataflam too,three times daily after food .try to take deep inspiration and use of ventolin inhalor if there is difficualt breathing but we must exclude out serious case which need consultation
so investigation to do is very important :
- chest x ray - amylase level
- LDH
-CPK
- ESR
-CRP
to exclude out :
pleurities and it's highly suggested or the previous is return to appear otherwise to esxclude out pneumonia or pleural effusion which need antibiotics and chest tube insertion إسأل Licensed Doctor
