We would like to inform you that you can obtain a new visa provided that your resignation is legal and not in violation of the provisions of the law.

 It is not permissible to combine several residencies in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, therefore the visa must be canceled in UAE and then obtain a work visa in Qatar. However, you can obtain the residence in an illegal way, but if this matter is revealed, a penalty may be imposed on you.

In all cases, if you want to obtain a work visa, you should go to the relevant embassy and submit an application and attach the following documents:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months 
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4) Copy of the contract of employment or letter of employment
