Assalamualekum I am living in UAE with Employment Visa. My current employer gave me termination letter in July 2019 with 3 month notice. After that he agreed to retain a visa on my request with unpaid leave. So I gave first application for 4 months which was expired on 15th February 2020. Now I want to retain my visa further with unpaid leave till 15th July 2020 because my children are in crucial stage of their academic education, applying for IGCSE board exams. My current employer doesn't have any problem in retaining my visa with unpaid leave if MOL has no objection for the employer. Can you please answer in detail?
