I have been experiencing extreme abdominal...
I have been experiencing extreme abdominal cramping along with dizziness, constipation, frequent urination and loss off appetite. This is the first day i've experienced any of these symptoms at once and it may be due to the fact of sexual activity prior (yesterday). I am 15 years old and really in need of help.

What is the best treatment for abdominal pain dizziness, constipation, frequent urination and loss off appetite after sexual activity. ?
In the case of infection of the urinary tract, pelvis and reproductive system infection , the following treatments can be taken:
Take CEFURIXIME 500 MG twice daily
Take METRONIDAZOLE 500 MG three times daily
Take IBUPROFEN 600 MG twice daily
If there is a surgical cause, such as appendicitis which may be suggested in case of board rigidity of the abdomen, hernia or gastrointestinal obstruction, you need surgical procedure
In the case of kidney stones, the following treatments can be used:
Take scabutyl treatment to relieve pain
Take diclofen treatment 75mg to relieve inflammation and pain
In the case of inflammation can benefit from the above remedies and in the case of large stones may need to be removed by surgery
In case of constipation take laxatives such as avilac and fiber intake can be taken mint oil and charcoal pills

1. Kidney stones
2. Acute urinary tract infection
3. Glomerulonephritis (inflammation of the kidney )
4. Pyelonephritis
Gynecological cause:
1. Ovarian cyst
2. Pelvic inflammatory disease
3. Ovarian torsion
You should go to the doctor to take a full medical history from you , them doing full examination to your abdomen them doing specific laboratory test like :
Cbc
Urine analysis
Stool analysis
And in special cases
Abdominal x ray and ct of the abdomen
If this abdominal pain associated with :
1.repeated vomiting
2. fever above 38.5
3. severe abdominal pain not relieved
4. vomiting of blood
5. black stools
6. abdominal distention
You should go to the hospital now to evaluate your complain
