I have a problem with Zain and viva companies. Both of this companies I have outstanding ammount. Last week they call me and suddenly ask to pay. This time I cannot find that ammount. Then they said they will make police case against me. I need to settle this by monthly. Like a settlement plan. How can I do this???

I have reasons that why I cannot find money. Because my previous company dident pay salary for 3 and half months and they suddenly closed the company. After I stay 2 and half months without job. Jan January I find a job. I already make a case against the previous company.
