تم تقييم هذه الإجابة:
I am 60days overstayed in UAE as of todate. Unemployed till date after expiring company visa on 03Sept2019. Have taken 3 months visit visa, and was expired last 12 Jan 2020. Due to financial constraint, unabled to renew and extend my visa. I can not even go out due to possible travel ban imposed by bank wherein loan was taken. Travel agency informed me that they are going to submit an absconding case and even threatening my daughter to pay for my fault. I beg them not to include my daughter nor her company on my mistake. What should I do. Please advise.
Lawyer's Assistant: Where are you located? It matters because laws vary by location
I am now in Abu Dhabi, UAE and staying here for more than 10 years now. The Travel Agency here in Abu Dhabi has given me a Dubai Tourist Visa
Lawyer's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?
Travel Agency send me notification that they are going to submit the absconding case as soonest
Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
If I get any lawyer, i cannot able to pay them because i am now almost 6months unemployed and in financial constraint. Is there any possible way to fixed my overstay or should I go to Dubai immigration to surrender voluntarily?
