Please note that according to the facts presented to us in your inquiry first, you must pay attention to the fact that private schools , their internal work and with regard to fees are organized by internal regulations that follow the school . If the school is affiliated with the Ministry of Education, the school has the right to refrain from granting you educational certificates in addition to not giving you a transfer certificate with the fees owed to you in exchange for your children's education. It is therefore possible to reach a settlement with the school administration because of these accumulated fees and to pay part of them and install the rest on Premiums after submission of payment guarantees. If th school refuses, you can take legal action, file a complaint against the school and obtain a court decision to force the school to grant you a transfer certificate after submitting evidence and data on your current situation, and then refuse to settle by this entity. Therefore, we recommend that you seek the assistance of a lawyer who will initiate legal action in the event that the school authority refuses to arrange.
