I want to get a Qatar driving license

We would like to inform you that to obtain a driving license for residents of Qatar, the following conditions shall be met:
*Applicants must be of legal age to drive which is 18 for light vehicles and motors and 21 for heavy vehicles.
*ID card or passport and copies of them.
* The sponsor ID card.
*A letter from the sponsor shows his consent to obtain a driving license.
*3 colored photos.
The fees for non-Qataris are 250 Qatari riyals and are valid for a period of 5 years. Those fees do not include the amount of any additional tests such as driving test and eyes test.
The theoretical and practical tests shall be passed for the driver to get the driving license, as well as passing the fitness test.
