I want apply qater to Spain visa but how?

Kindly be informed that if you are a Qatari or resident in Qatar and wish to obtain for a visa to Spain, in this case you have to go to the Embassy of Spain in Qatar and submit the following documents:

General documents
A valid passport for 3 months after the visa expires.
The passport must contain at least two blank pages + a photo-copy.
Recent taken photos that meets the required standards and with white background.
Fill out the Schengen form and sign it by the APPLICANT personally (it can be downloaded from here: Download from here  
Your fingerprints will be taken at the consulate.
A health insurance covering 30000 euros for the duration of the trip.
Pay the visa fees, 60 euros.

 

Supporting documents:
Documents that prove your aim of traveling to Spain.
Evidence that indicates your ability to afford your expenses while traveling.
Proof of hotel reservation in Spain.
Air-plane ticket for round trip (Go and Away).
Bank statement for the recent 6 months.
Any documents that you can prove to the embassy that you do not intend to reside in Spain and that you will return to your origin country once the visa duration ends.
A recent and sealed work letter for workers.
National ID Card (A copy and it should be translated).
Finally, attach any other documents requested from you by the embassy.
