We would like to inform you that In order for a person to obtain a driving license, what is the driving test in Qatar? A theoretical and practical test for success in the driving test. A student with a driving license from a foreign legal authority or holders of a military driver's license may be exempted from the test.

The fees for obtaining a driver's license for Qatari nationals are QR 500 and valid for 10 years from the date of issue. The non-Qatari fees are QR 250 and valid for 5 years, which does not include the value of any additional tests such as driving test and examination.

According to the following conditions:

Applicant must be a resident of Qatar.

Must be at least 18 years old to drive a light vehicle or motorcycle and 21 years for heavy vehicles.

ID card or passport and two photocopies.

Copy of sponsor's ID card.

A letter from the sponsor with his consent to obtain a driver's license.
