We would like to inform you that you shall file a complaint at the Grievences and Complaints Committee of your employer regarding this matter as it is in accordance with Law No. 8 of 2018 regarding human resources management for Dubai government, which stipulates that a committee named the  "work-related Offences Committee" will be formed and will be responsible for considering and deciding on the work-related offences which are referred to it and are committed by the redpective Department's Employees, and for imposing disciplinary penalties on them, in accordance with the rules stipulated in the regulation referred to in the law. Also another committe named the "Grievences and Complaints Committee" will be formed and will be responsible for considering and determining any grievence or complaint submitted to it in accordance with the rules stipulated in the regulation referred to in the law.
In accordance with the rules stipulated in the regulation referred to in the law, the employee may file with the Central Grievences Committe a grievence against any decesion or measure taken by  his department in respect of which a grievence has been submitted to the Grievence an Complaints Committee.
