Hey .I m noman iftikhar Aziz I came from Pakistan...
Hey .I m noman iftikhar Aziz I came from Pakistan as a waiter visa by company of trangurad but they said we have no any jobs for waiter and said u have to chose loader or u ll be terminated ...so I accept it by situation but I can't do this job cos my hand is not working properly now I said to change another or give me waiter job but they said no any changes before 1 year..plz help and me

Referring to the Federal Labor Law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship, in the event that you were brought in from a waiter’s profession and there was a difference in work which is the agreed upon profession, that is a legal offense and therefore you must go to the labor office and submit the complaint and leave the work where Article 121 of the same law stipulates:
Article 121
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
