We would like to inform you that immigration to Belgium may be made by submitting a reunion application as the son was born in Belgium and then acquiring citizenship, so the following are required:

If the child was born in Belgium and was stateless in that case, he/ she will be Belgian, provided that his/ her father, mother or legal representative proves that he / she has taken the necessary steps with his /her consulate to obtain his /her nationality, and the child will remain Belgian before reaching the age of 18, unless he or she obtains another nationality.
