depression is a state of severe sadness that affects the mind, the body and the way of thinking and behavior and lead to many emotional and physical problems and push the depressed person to the inability having his life as normal and may be accompanied by a feeling of lack of desire for life.

Symptoms of depression

  • A depressed or sad mood
  • Weakness or markedly increased appetite for food

  • The basic treatment is that you really want a treatment and get out of that

  • Try to determine the reason that led you to that situation and feelings to be limited and you could be able to find a suitable solution for it.
  • Enter some activities to your day in order to break the daily routine, such as sport exercise, especially walking, it provides comfort and tranquility within the body and get rid of sadness and feelings of depression.
  • Try to express what is inside you every now and then and face problems so as not to accumulate on you then you feel helpless and pressure increases feelings of sadness.
  • You can ask for support from those around you, especially people you trust from family and friends. They have a strong impact on your mood.
  • Avoid sitting on your own as sitting alone helps the control of sad and negative thoughts on you, so it will be difficult to get out of that situation and symptoms may develop.
  • Get out to see the nature by going on trips with people you love spending time with.
  • Apply relaxation exercises and learn how to apply them by watching videos via YouTube.
  • There is a drug treatment and it is prescribed by the doctor according to your situation.
