1. chocolete 
2. bread and heavy carbohydrate food such as chips 
3. oily food 
4. condiments and spices 
General advices to treat acne :
1. avoid smoking and alcohol 
2. sleep well and at night 
3. get rid of hair around the acne area ( better to use laser treatment )
4. use a combination of treatment therpy such as oral and topical medications , as well as using cosmatic products that helps your case
