If the husband was arrested because of an arrest warrant, here is the following information:
The police who arrested your husband must be reviewed in order to find out the reason for his arrest upon return to Qatar and then you can clarify this reason so that we can provide the necessary legal clarifications in order to deal with this situation

If the prsion order is issued by the Public Prosecution , then the application for cancellation is submitted to the Public Prosecution, which issued that order. We recommend that you seek the help of a lawyer to properly take the required legal action.
Here are the texts of the Qatari Code of Criminal Procedures related to your inquiry:
Article (119)
The Public Prosecution may issue an order for the temporary release of defendant put under preventive detention, whether of its own accord or pursuant to a request by the defendant.
Article (120)
In cases other than those where the release is mandatory, the defendant shall not be released temporary until he pays the bail.
The member of the Public Prosecution or the Judge gives an estimate of the amount of the bail, as the case may be.
This amount is considered as a penalty if the defendant fails to appear in any of the procedures of the investigation or the action, and to prevent his fleeing of executing the judgment and the accomplishment of other obligations imposed on him.
