And the symptoms of this disease
- The tendency to isolate and loneliness
- Sleep disturbance
- Losing appetite
- Feeling hopeless
- The constant desire to cry
- The feeling that life goes on without aim
- Low perception of self
- Mood swings and the appearance of nervousness
- Control feelings of anxiety and nervousness constantly

I tried going out and doing something I love it feels like a temporary solution as soon as I am done I would feel even worse Thanks for answering though
