I want to know about the marriage system of USA...

We would like to inform you that in regard to the other nationalities muslims who want to marry:
- The applicant for marriage must provide the following documents at the jurisdiction department:
- Valid passport of the spouses
- Residence
- Medical certificate which proves that you are free of diseases and the suitability for marriage.
- NOC of the wife for marriage through the embassy of her country and apply there to issue the NOC.
- The wife’s certificate of social status which proves that she has never been married before or, widow, divorced or single.
With providing all these documents and the attendance of the wife’s guardian or his deputy, the attendance of two witnesses to complete the procedures of marriage deed. And then ratifying the marriage deed by the court and the legal representative of the court, and ratifying it through the USA ministry of foreign affairs and your embassies.
