Hi Sir /Madam My employer puts absconding case...

Hi Sir /Madam My employer puts absconding case against me just after 5days of giving NOC in Qatar. Now when my second employer goes for sponsorship change, it is informed that that there's some block against my 1st employer and so unable to change. I don't understand why they say block against my NOC donor rather than saying that I am blocked due to Abconding case? Please help me Sir, what is the solution before me now?

As long as there is abuse from your sponsor, you must file a complaint against him in the Ministry of Labor to cancel the malicious escape notification, while submitting your evidence of maliciousness, and then make a final exit or transfer of the sponsorship without the sponsor’s approval if the maliciousness is proven, or if you can prove maliciousness and then cancel the escape notification

An employer cannot withdraw it from you as long as he agrees to give it to you from the beginning

If the labor office refuses to receive the complaint, you can claim your rights through the judiciary, then you should go to the court to file the lawsuit. The invitation will be exempt from fees.
