Headache when I wake up

What is the cause of headache when getting up in the morning?
Usually the cause is insufficient sleep or uncomfortable sleep, but other reasons may exist such as :
1. Bad lifestyle such as eating habits, lack of exercise and sports
2. Smoking
3. A side effect of some types of medications 
4. Use the bright screens for a long time
5. Psychological and physical stress
Initial advices to cope with headaches:
1. Get enough rest and sleep 
2. eat healthy and regular food
3. Avoid stress
4. Doing exercise regularly
5. avoid from smoking and alcohol
6. Avoid using devices and bright screens for a long time, such as cell phones
7. make sure of not taking any medication cause headache as a side effects 
8. shower to relax muscles and body
9. Use of pain relievers and headaches such as panadol or aspirin and others
If the headache persists, please do the following:
1.if your headache persist for longer than 6 hours daily or more than 3 times aweek or new signs or symptoms appear , visit internal medicine doctor to do the medical checks and determine the causes and treatment pathways 
2. In the case of neurological diseases such as migraines, nerve pressure or other health problems, various medical treatments are used such as : as Ergotamine and Sumatriptan 
3. In the case of a headache as a secondary symptom of a disease such as high blood pressure, thyroid hormone imbalances, bacterial infection, etc. the primary disease is treated first
