What is ovulation?
Ovulation is the release of a mature egg from one of the ovaries, which happens every month. A woman is most fertile around the time of ovulation
When does ovulation usually occur?
Generally, ovulation usually occurs halfway through your menstrual cycle, or around day 14 (12-16 day) of the average 28-day cycle counting from the first day of one period to the first day of the next one
But as with everything pregnancy-related, there's a wide range of normal here since cycles can last anywhere from 23 to 35 days, and even your own cycle and time of ovulation may vary slightly from month to month
How long does ovulation last?
Ovulation lasts between 12 and 24 hours. That's how long the egg released by the ovary is viable
Signs and symptoms of ovulation
Your basal body temperature falls slightly, then rises again
Cervical mucus becomes clearer and thinner
Softening of cervix
Pain or mild cramps in lower abdomen
Increase sex drive
You may notice some light spotting

Normaly the day of ovulation occur 14 days after the last menses (last day the blood pas)
The time of in which there is high chance to get pregnant is the days 12-13 -14-15 after the last menses
Menstrual cycle consists of 28 days
the period usually takes two to 7 days and the amount normaly is 10 t0 30 ml that is soaks one to 7 pads

treatment
no treatment needed if no symptms and the fibroid is small in size
leuprolide which is a drug that decrease the level of estrogen which lead to shrinkage of fibroid
in case of large fibroid ,surgery may be needed.

Symptoms
Pain in abdomen or pelvis , sensation of heaviness in abdomen
Some times it may be dangerous as it may rupture causing bleeding inside the abdomen or it may twist around it self

Ultrasound of the abdomen
Pregnancy test
Ca 125 test to exclude cancer
treatment
Follow up for 3 cycles if it does not disappear surgery may e needed
