each one of us has a blood group some one may has blood group A and other one has group B , and some people has blood group O as you . so it is a normal thing so , dond worry about this
and also the human being may be Rhesus psitive + or negative-

it mat be afluid around the lung or fluid inside the lung
the fluid around the lung may be caused by
heart problems
kidney problems
liver problems
infection in the lung

the fluid inside the lung is caused by heart problems like heart failure(weakness of heart muscle)

teatment of the fluid around the lung
if the amount is large , it should be removed by needle (pleurocentesi)
if the amount is small it is treated by teating the cause .
treatment of fluid inside the lung
treatment is by diuretics(which is drugs that increase urin amount)

symptoms

shortness of breath , cough , fatigue, sleeping problems and increasing the number of pillows in bedtime

investigation needed

echocardiography to assess the heart
chest x ray
serum creatinine and urea to assess the kidneys
liver function tests( albumin , bilirubin, AST,ALT)
