في حال ان كنت تقصد قد تقدمت بطلب الحصول على تاشيره كندا سابقا وتم الرفض لها نعم يمكن التقدم مره احرى ولايوجد مايمنع ومع معرفه اسباب الرفض من قبل هذه الجهة وهنا و ليتم تفادي الامر حول رفض منح التاشيره لك كما وانه ووفق القانون المعمول به في السفاره اولا يجب الانتباه الى ان قرار منح التاشيره او الرفض لها هي امر سيادي للسفاره لايمكن ولايسمح لاي جهة التدخل في عملها لذا ننصح في حال ان تم رفض التاشيره التقدم بطلب الاعتراض والاستئناف على قرار منح التاشيره لك خلال مده ثلاثين يوما امام السفاره وبعد معرفه اسباب الرفض يمكن اقناع السفاره بضمانات العوده حال وجود الاقامه في الكويت و بامكانك تقديم شهاده من عملك تثبت انك على راس عملك وموضح فيها قيمه الراتب والاجر المتلقى لقاء عملك وعلى ان يكون ذلك اثبات للسفاره حينها يمكن لمحكمه السفاره ان تعدل قرار الرفض ومنحك التاشيره لكن مايجب توضيحه ايضا في حال ان تم رفض التاشيره حتى بعد الاعتراض لايمكن التقديم لطلب الحصول على التاشيره الا بمرور ثلاثه اشهر اي بواقع 90 يوما من تاريخ الرفض وعلى ان تتفادى الاسباب التي من شانها تؤدي الى رفض التاشيره لمنحك اياها من قبل السفاره  هذا من جانب ومن جانب اخر  لاعلاقه للرفض  بالتقدم بطلب  الحصول على التاشيره  للسفر الى امريكا  لذا في فى حال ان اردت الحصول على تاشيره سياحيه الى امريكا ، فان تلك التاشيره تسمىB-2
مع اتباع الخطوات التاليه :
الخطوة 1:
أكمل نموذج الطلب الإلكتروني للحصول على تأشيرة لغير المهاجرين (DS-160).الخطوة 2:
قم بدفع رسم طلب التأشيرة.
الخطوة 3:
قم بجدولة موعد فيموقع مصلحه الهجره الامريكيه هذه. ويتعين وجود ثلاث معلومات حتى يمكنك جدولة موعدك:
رقم جواز سفرك
الرقم المرجعي CGI من إيصال رسوم التأشيرة الخاصة بك.
رقم الرمز الشريطي ذو الأرقام العشرة من صفحة تأكيد النموذج DS-160 الخاص بك.
الخطوة 4:
قم بزيارة سفارة الولايات المتحدة في تاريخ ووقت مقابلة التأشيرة الخاصة بك. ويتعين عليك إحضار نسخة مطبوعة من خطاب الموعد وصفحة تأكيد النموذج DS-160 وصورة شخصية ملتقطة خلال الأشهر الستة السابقة وجواز السفر الحالي وجميع جوازات السفر القديمة. لن يتم قبول الطلبات التي لا تتضمن جميع هذه العناصر.
على انه يتعين تقديم المستندات التاليه عند التقديم على طلب التاشيره السياحيه لامريكا :
دليل حالي على الدخل أو مدفوعات الضرائب أو الملكية العقارية أو ملكية الأعمال أو الأصول.
خط رحلة السفر الخاصة بك و/أو أي تفسير آخر لرحلتك المخططة.
خطاب من صاحب العمل يشرح فيه منصبك وراتبك ومدة توظيفك وأي إجازة مصرح بها وغرض العمل، إن وجد، من رحلتك إلى الولايات المتحدة.
السجل الجنائي فيما يتعلق بأي توقيف أو إدانة في أي مكان، حتى إذا أكملت عقوبتك أو تم العفو عنك بعدها.
شهاده براتبك عن اخر ثلاثه شهور من البنك المحول اليه الراتب .
حجز فندقى
حجز تذاكر طيران ذهاب وعوده .
جواز سفر صالح لمده لاتقل عن سته اشهر .

Step 1:
Complete the Electronic Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160).
Step 2:
Pay the fees.
Step 3:
Schedule an appointment at the site of this US immigration service. There are three information to schedule your appointment:
1. Passport number
2. CGI reference number of your visa fee receipt.
3. The 10 digit bar code number from your DS-160 Form Confirmation page.
Step 4:
Visit the US Embassy at the date and time of your visa interview. You must bring a hard copy of the letter of appointment, the confirmation page of the DS-160 form, a personal photograph taken during the previous six months, the present passport and all the old passports. Orders that do not have all of these items will not be accepted.
You have to submit the following documents when you apply:
• Current evidence of income, tax payments, real estate ownership, or ownership of business or assets.
• The plan of the trip / or any other explanation of your planned trip.
• A letter from your employer explaining your position, salary, duration of employment, any authorized leave, and the purpose of work, if any, from your trip to the United States.
• The criminal record of any arrest or conviction anywhere, even if you have completed your sentence or been pardoned after.
• Certificate of salary for the last three months of the bank transfer the salary.

• Booking of airline tickets.
• Valid passport for not less than six months.
