1. ambisome injection is an antifungal drug ( amphotericin b ) that fights fungal infection 
2. meronem is a broad spectrum antibiotic to fight for the bacterial infection 
3. vincristine is a drug that is used to be taken to treat cancer as a chemptherapy 
4. mitoxantrone is a drug that is used to treat cancer and it serves as an antineoplastic agent 

what caused the fever during the chemo course ?
its usually casued by what so called neutropenic fever post the chemotherapy and it casues the white blood cells to decrease in number and its treated by the antibiotics such as meronem and belomycen and if a fungal infection is suspectred then the doctor might add an antifungal drug such as ambisome and an antipyretic aget such as acetaminophin 
what is the treatment of the low platelate count in patient with cancer that underwent chemo ?
the treatment is by transferring the platelates if the platelates count are lower than 20000mm3 and this is the onley valid indicatin for the treatment of low patelate count in case of chemotherapy otherwise the treatment isnt indicated 
what are the causes of the low platelate count in patients with chemotherapy ?
a chemotherapy by itself is the casue of the low platelate count and the cancer by itself also is a cause of low platelate count
what are the required tests for the dignosis of low platelate count and the fever in patients with cancer and chemo ?
the doctor at  first is going to exam you clinically and take your past medical history, do a CBC count to check for the platelate count and the white blood cell count, do a blood culture in case of an infection is suspected plus the exam of the urine and chest x ray in case if an urinary tract infection or a chest infection
