Good morning , i live in doha and my fiancee is in houston texas us . I only have gonna be there on the 21/03 and we are planing to get married there .. but i know that we need a paper from court but im not fonna be able to go there in the morning i will be flying can i hire a lawyer to take the paper from the court on my behaf with my fiancee
