Im finished contract for 4 yrs with the cleaning company...Our basic salary is 800...I never had a vacation for 4 yrs ..I just want to know Sir/ Madam how much should I receive from my company..and is it possible that I can claim my ticket money because I never go on vacation ...

I finished my visa with them 22nd of January..they cancelled me 10th of Feb... they told me verbally that I can get my gratuity and length of service last week of April...is it possible that I can get earlier?

Gratuity is calculated on the basis of the last basic remuneration you receive from the company . You shall also receive the unpaid leave salaries
You can file a complaint at the Labor Office if you do not receive this remuneration in accordance with the law.
Article 132
A worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to severance pay at the end of his employment. The days of absence from work without pay shall not be included in calculating the period of service. The severance pay shall be calculated as follows: 1. 21 days' wage for each of the first five years of service. 2. 30 days’ wage for each additional year of service provided always that the aggregate amount of severance pay
should not exceed two year's wage.
Upon termination of the service of the worker the employer shall at his cost return him to the place from where he has recruited him at the commencement of the engagement or to any place agreed upon between the parties.

Is it possible madam that I can get my ticket money for 2 vacations. Because I my 4 yrs of working in my company I never go home to Phils for vacation and when I asked if they can give my ticket money , they said ...NO
