A foreigner must leave the country immediately after the purpose or work for which he / she has been granted entry or residence permits expires. He must also leave the country if they canceled for any reason.
The Minister of the Interior may agree to transfer the sponsorship of the foreign worker to another employer in cases where it is estimated that the interest of the country requires such consent.

Article (3) The foreigner shall be granted a transit visa through Qatar under the following conditions:

2. The passport must be valid for all visas for entry or transit in the country of destination.
3 - To have the necessary travel tickets for his trip.
Passengers who are not doubted about the adequacy of their resources to continue their travel are exempted from the provisions of the second and third conditions if justified excuses justify their failure to obtain the necessary tickets or visas, in which case the visa is granted.
