i want to file a complaint against my employer in MOL, but once the case is registered since it take time, my visa will not be cancelled by my employer. I want to start an llc of my own while the case is on..

My current employer does not want to pay pending salary and EoS and asking to sign on visa cancellation paper without committing on the dues payment. If i file a case, I understand that my visa cannot be cancelled till the case is closed. While the case is still running, Can I start my own LLC in Dubai so that I can continue to work by my own?
