Hii Madam my company has delayed for salary and its pending from the month of October. Then I got an offer from new company and the new company asked for the cancellation paper. So I asked my present company for cancellation paper as it was urgent to join the new company. My company said that you first sign the cancellation paper and after that I will give the pending salary and passport. But now after I get my cancellation they are refusing to pay. I HAVE A VEDIO PROOF THAT WAS TAKEN WHILE I WENT TO GET MY CANCELLATION PAPER THAT MY PENDING SALARY ARE NOT PAID. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
