Okay so i used to be very excited about things, what is going to happen today what is going to happen next week and that but lately i feel very numb like whenever i think about the future i start feeling like ita going to suck and everyone is going to ignore me, so i just stop thinking about it, the thing that really had me concerned is that bcs the thought of the future is so negative, i dont even put effort into trying to know what is going to happen, i just feel numb, it's like a "it's just another day that is going to pass feeling", also regarding physical symptoms lately I've been feeling like my heart is pounding so fast, i feel like im going to vomit i cant even gulp, i feel dizzy and very self conscious, i also keep thinling that im going to die, most accurately i feel like im going to have a heart attack, but that was only recently but in the past ive experienced some symptoms of panic attacks but they werent that severe, now several things combine togrther and give me a hard time, idk what is that, i just want a proper diagnosis and i just want to feel normal again..
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
No, I've always been too afriad to even tell my parents, im 16 btw, and when i tell them i joke about it, i just domt want them to see me as an outcast
Assistant: Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you?
Oh yes, and lately I've been sleeping alot, like so much it isnt even normal, i think its bcs i wanna avoid my problems or insecurities idk really, that's all

You have negative thoughts about the future and your life in general, which caused you a kind of frustration and sadness and entering into the beginning of depression, which is a state of sadness and frustration with a tendency to isolation and the inability to enjoy life and has symptoms including the appearance of apathy, the presence of clear disturbances in sleep, loss of appetite and poor focus and feeling very tired of less effort, feeling constant sadness, crying with a tendency to isolation, and avoiding social occasions, and those symptoms may worsen to the desire to get rid of life and attempt suicide
To overcome negative thoughts, you can follow these tips:
- Run your day with daily activities and leave no space in your life
- Stay away from negative and frustrated people with a pessimistic outlook and work on mixing positive people.
- Repeat for yourself negative thoughts that are not real and they are just your bad expectations. Focus your thinking on the present and live it better
- Don't think of past events
- Exercising will help you get rid of negative energy
- Doing relaxation exercises helps reduce anxiety and stress and restore psychological balance
- Write all the negative thoughts in all aspects of your life and define them, then write the opposite of these convictions in another paper, for example if you write, I am a weak character in negative thoughts, write I am a strong personality and then tear off the negative thoughts paper and get rid of it and read the positives in an audible voice especially before bedtime until the subconscious mind stored and repeated, repeat this activity more than once
- Performing assumptions and drawing closer to God, as it reassures the heart and relaxes the soul
