Hi doctor good morning i got problem recently in my panis there is iching and some burning around my panis head and base of head and there are red ring also so pls so i need your help to solve this problem

1. taking a full history from the patient
2. clinical examination by a urologist
treatmet of penile fungal infection
1. personal hygeine
2. miconazole cream 3 times dialy
3. in serious conditions we use oral flucanazole150mg once weekly to treat it
