Based on what you've stated about yourself, you may have obsessive-compulsive disorder, a type of anxiety disorder characterized by irrational thoughts and fears that lead to compulsive behaviours.
People with OCD may be aware that their obsessive-compulsive behaviours are illogical and may try to ignore or change them, but these attempts increase the agitation of distress and anxiety and ultimately compulsive actions are required to relieve the distress.
The treatment of OCD is divided into two parts:

Behavioural Remedy:
You must not ignore your thoughts or fears, but confront and reject and denigrate them and not discuss or debate them or monitor your behaviour and replace all of this with positive thinking and action that is contrary to your thoughts and obsessions and with commitment, patience and perseverance in the face of the obsession get rid of it completely

Medication therapy:
Which is a complement to behavioural therapy because it helps you to tolerate the symptoms of obsessive behaviour and to cope with negative thoughts, and it should be based on the psychiatrist's instructions, he is most able to determine the appropriate treatment for you and the specific doses according to the situation.
